- Greet students. Encourage students to take turns practising greetings with their peers. If it’s early in the school year, use this time to also practise how to model correct greetings.
- Sing the Cabbage and Tyler song, Hello Song with movements (waving, smiling, etc). Model first, then invite students to join. Use this song to also introduce Cabbage and Tyler characters.
